To provide an X-ray imaging device which is configured to rotate an imaging system around an axis oriented in a horizontal direction and is capable of covering outer peripheral parts of a fixing pole and a movable pole with a cover even when an SID is set large.SOLUTION: A pole mechanism 17 comprises: a fixing pole 34； a movable pole 35 movable relative to the fixing pole 34； and a movement mechanism for moving the movable pole 35. An outer peripheral part of the fixing pole 34 has a fixing cover 33. An outer peripheral part of the movable pole 35 has a movable cover 31 that moves with the movable pole 35. An intermediate cover 32 capable of moving in the same direction as the movable cover 31 is provided between the fixing cover 33 and the movable cover 31.
