PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for sterilizing a discharge port properly.SOLUTION: A sterilizer 10 is arranged at a discharge port 50 for supplying liquid. The sterilizer 10 has a tubular transparent material 20 which has a connection end 21 connected to the discharge port 50 and an open end 22 in an opposite side of the connection end 21 and constitutes a flow channel 12 communicating with the discharge port 50, and a light source 30 for injecting an ultraviolet ray to the transparent material 20 so that the ultraviolet ray passes the transparent material 20 with reflecting between an inner peripheral surface 25 and an outer peripheral surface 26 of the transparent material 20.
