BO represents an oxyalkylene group with a number of carbon atoms of 4, and n is an average additional mol number and 0.5<=n<=5), b) an N-acyl amino acid compound selected from the group consisting of N-acyl amino acid, its isomers, its salts, derivatives thereof, and mixtures thereof, and c) dermatologically acceptable carrier.
