The present invention provides an apparatus for joint laxity and spinal correction to relax joints by the downward force of gravity and the buoyancy of a tube in a water bath having a specific depth which does not reach the bottom of the water bath based on a natural scientific law that buoyancy and gravity have contrary characteristics. Also, the apparatus allows physical therapy of a disc and spinal correction through reformation of fixed muscles. The invention for the apparatus comprises: a tube on which a user's armpits are hung in order for a user's head to float above the water by buoyancy of air filled thereinside; a bracket which is mounted under the tube and has a joint hole which is penetrated at the center; a fixation belt which is worn on a user's waist and has a hook which is coupled to the joint hole of the bracket to attach onto the waist; a weight unit which is worn on a user's feet and is detachably mounted with a heavy material on the bottom thereof to pull the user into the water with gravity by the weight of the heavy material attached to the feet; and an elastic band wherein one end is connected to the tube fixation belt and the other end is connected to the weight unit so that the elastic band can elastically maintain the gravity of the weight unit and buoyancy of the tube. Thus, the apparatus can relax a user's joints by buoyancy of the tube and gravity of the weight unit attached to the feet. At the same time, the apparatus can reform muscles through constant water exercise.
