PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nose washer which can easily and smoothly perform discharge of a cleaning fluid to one nostril, and recovery and drainage of the cleaning fluid from one nostril.SOLUTION: A nozzle washer 100 comprises: a storage part 10 for storing a cleaning fluid 160 a discharge nozzle 20 having a discharge port 21 for discharging the cleaning fluid 160 on a tip end 25 and a cover part 30 for covering the surrounding of an external surface of the discharge nozzle 20. The cover part 30 has an opening 33 and an effluent port 34. The tip end 25 of the discharge nozzle 20 is arranged on inside of the opening 33, and a gap between the tip end 25 of the discharge nozzle 20 and an inner peripheral edge of the opening 33 forms an effluent inflow port 51. A gap between an inner surface of the cover part 30 and an external surface of the discharge nozzle 20 forms an effluent path 52, in which an effluent flowing through the effluent inflow port 51 flows down toward the effluent port 34.
