The present invention relates to a system which acquires eating habits of users whose chewing activities are important to develop proper eating habits and, more specifically, to a wearable system to improve an eating habit by attaching a sensor to the body of a user to extract eating habit information. The system to improve an eating habit comprises: a pressure sensor to sense a pressure of both temporalis muscles while a user eats a data processor to receive motion information indicating a pressure measurement value of the pressure sensor to output eating habit information converted into a digital signal and a terminal to receive the eating habit information and process the eating habit information in accordance with a search condition of the user by an application to display processed information. The pressure sensor is connected to the back of the head to be worn. According to the present invention, the pressure sensor and a bending sensor are worn on the body to accurately measure a chewing activity while moving. Measured motion information can be conveniently transmitted to the terminal in real time by the data processor.
