The present invention relates to a heat exchange system for a plastic greenhouse including: an external air supply pipe in the shape of a pipe which is installed in the plastic greenhouse and has a first hole and a plurality of air discharge holes which are formed to be separated from each other in an extended direction on an outer side to discharge air, inserted through the first hole an external air supply unit which sucks external air and supplies the external air to the external air supply pipe an internal air ventilation pipe in the shape of a pipe which is installed above the external air supply pipe in the plastic greenhouse and has a second hole and air insertion holes to allow air in the plastic greenhouse to be inserted therein which are formed to be separated from each other in an extended direction on an outer side and to communicate with the second hole and an internal air discharge unit which is connected to an internal air discharge pipe, sucks internal air in the plastic greenhouse through the second hole, and discharges the internal air outside the plastic greenhouse. According to the present invention, the heat exchange system for a plastic greenhouse uniformly sucks in and discharges air through the air discharge holes, which are formed to be separated from each other on the external air supply pipe and the internal air ventilation pipe formed in the shape of a pipe, and the air insertion holes.
