A dental X-ray photographic apparatus in the oral cavity comprises a base board, a supporter, and a grip unit.The supporter is set at the end part of the base board. The end part of the base board is inserted in the oral cavity when X-ray photographic operation is performed. The supporter supports an X-ray receiver that has an X-ray sensor.The grip unit has a bearing unit, a ball, an arm, and a gripper. The bearing unit is attached to the backside of the supporter. The ball is supported by the bearing unit. The arm is connected to the ball. The gripper is connected to the arm directly, or connected to the arm through a connecting unit or another arm.
