More specifically, the deodorizing device having a non-powered micro-bubble forming structure removes harmful gas, discharged purified air, and comprises: a storage tank in which washing water is filled； a purification housing receiving the washing water from the storage tank, and including an inlet formed on a lower portion thereof to receive harmful gas and a discharge pipe formed on an upper portion thereof to discharge purified air； a partition unit installed in the purification housing； a bubble creation pipe coupled to the partition unit to move harmful gas； a spray unit including a spray pipe arranged in the purification housing to spray the washing water of the storage tank, and a spray nozzle formed on the spray pipe； and a harmful gas supply unit to supply harmful gas to the purification housing.
