Provided is a SLC45A2 peptide that binds to MHC I (HLA-A2) on melanoma cells or other antigen presenting cells and is recognized by T cell receptors on T cells. The SLC45A2 peptide may be used therapeutically to treat cancer such as cutaneous melanoma, uveal melanoma, mucosal melanoma, or metastatic melanoma.
