FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the neurosurgery. An electrode is installed onto the spinal cord under the X-ray control. The fixation and connection of the electrode to the electrostimulation apparatus is performed. Whereupon, a channel in the direction to the spinal cord is performed and a device, which is the conductor and the fixator of the electrode, is implanted into a vertebra arch. Via this device, the electrode is conducted to the area adjacent to the spinal cord and fixed in the implanted device in the optimal position relatively to the spinal cord.EFFECT: implantation of the device preventing migration of the electrode, allowing reducing of complications.4 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, в частности к нейрохирургии. Устанавливают на позвоночник электрод под рентгенологическим контролем. Осуществляют фиксацию и подключение электрода к аппарату для электростимуляции. При этом в дужке позвонка выполняют канал по направлению к спинному мозгу и имплантируют устройство, являющееся проводником и фиксатором электрода. Через устройство проводят электрод в область, прилежащую к спинному мозгу, и фиксируют его в оптимальном положении относительно спинного мозга в имплантированном устройстве. Способ позволяет снизить осложнения, что достигается за счет имплантации устройства, предотвращающего миграцию электрода. 4 ил.
