Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung entsprechender nicht-flüchtiger und wasserunlöslicher Ausgangspartikel bereitgestellt. Ferner werden jeweilige Ausgangspartikel bzw. aktivierte Partikel und eine Zusammensetzung, umfassend mehrere aktivierte Partikel, bereitgestellt.
