PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum blood collection tube with a plug attached to an opening of a bottomed tube in an airtight state, which can surely cover and hold the plug with a frozen storage cap after blood collection while allowing the removal of the plug together with the cap from the bottomed tube after thawing in inspection of blood, and which is high in reliability and operation efficiency.SOLUTION: The vacuum blood collection tube includes: the bottomed tube 1 the plug 2 attached to the opening 4 of the bottomed tube in an airtight state so as to be capable of maintaining the inside of the tube in a decompressed state, the plug including a needle piercing portion 6 capable of piercing a blood collection needle and the frozen storage cap 3 for covering and holding the plug after blood collection. The frozen storage cap is attached to the opening of the bottomed tube by a hooking means 7 which regulates the movement of the cap to the outside in the axial direction of the bottomed tube with at least the needle piercing portion of the plug body being covered, and the cap and the plug are mutually engaged and integrated by an engagement means 8, whereby the plug can be removed simultaneously from the opening of the bottomed tube when the cap is removed from the bottomed tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】有底管の開口部に気密状態で栓体が取付けられた真空採血管において、採血後に凍結保存用キャップで栓体を覆って確実に保持でき、血液の検査時に解凍後、有低管から凍結保存用キャップと同時に栓体を外すことが可能であり、信頼性と作業効率が共に高い真空採血管を提供する。【解決手段】有底管1と、有底管の開口部4に管内部が減圧状態に維持可能に気密状態で取付けられ、採血針を刺通可能な針刺通部6を有する栓体2と、採血後に栓体を覆って保持する凍結保存用キャップ3とを有し、有底管の開口部に、凍結保存用キャップを、少なくとも栓体の針刺通部を覆った状態で有底管の軸方向外方に対する移動を規制する係着手段7にて取付け、凍結保存用キャップと栓体とが互いに係合手段8にて係合一体化し、凍結保存用キャップを有底管から外す際に、栓体が有底管の開口部から同時に外れるようにした。【選択図】 図2
