PURPOSE: A packaging method of soy sauce marinated blue crab is provided to prevent the leakage of soy sauce contained in the blue crab by ripping packaging paper by prickles on the legs or the body of the blue crab.CONSTITUTION: A packaging method of soy sauce marinated blue crab comprises the following steps: assorting and washing blue crab inserting the washed blue crab into a container, and pouring soy sauce mixed with various additives before aging the mixture for 1-2 days separating the blue crab and the soy sauce boiling the soy sauce, and soaking the blue crab in the soy sauce for secondly aging for 1-2 weeks separating the blue crab and the soy sauce, and vacuum packaging the soy sauce in a sealed container and the blue crab in a separate carrier(10) and packaging the sealed container and the separate carrier together.
