An object of the invention is to provide a hydrous external skin patch, which has adherence sufficient for adhering to an affected area for several times without using an auxiliary tape or the like and is excellent in utility so that the patch can be easily peeled off even if the paste adheres to itself before application to the affected area. The hydrous external skin patch is characterized in that a paste of the patch comprises 0.1 to 10 wt % of a drug, 0.1 to 20 wt % of an adhesive base, 0.001 to 3.0 wt % of a crosslinker, 15 to 60 wt % of water, 2 to 20 wt % of a tackifier resin, 0.4 to 10 wt % of a dissolving agent for the tackifier resin, 0.1 to 30 wt % of an oil absorbing inorganic powder, and 0.1 to 20 wt % of a dextrin fatty acid ester and has a thickness of 100 to 1,000 &mu；m.
