In the cavity of the chamber 1, a sealed partition 9 with sealing elements 10 is provided separating the cavity of the chamber 1 into two compartments 11 and 12-hydraulic and pneumatic. A further piston 13 is provided on the rod 5 in the pneumatic compartment 12. Additional bends 14, 15, 16 for supplying air pressure to the cavity of the chamber 1 are provided in the chamber 1. The branch 14 is located in the immediate vicinity of the partition 9 from the side of the hydraulic compartment 11, and the branch 15 - from the side of the pneumatic compartment 12.
