Two slants forming the valley-fold part VF1 comprise two conduction terminals 141a and 141b, two slants forming the valley-fold part VF2 comprise two conduction terminals 142a and 142b, and two slants forming the valley-fold part VF3 comprise two conduction terminals 143a and 143b.
