The present invention relates to a light therapy device article ofmanufacture, system and method for providing light isdelivered to the skin by means of one or more optical fibers in therapeuticdosages from light source in wavelengths of 614-624nm,668-684nm, 751-772nm, and 813-846nm. The light source may be comprised fromone or more light emitting diodes LED disposed ona flexible printed circuit board (PCB) and ferrule adapter assembly configuredto deliver light to the skin directly of the patient fromthe light source disposed on the PCB adjacent a scalp surface. A controlcircuit operably connected to the PCB is adapted to provideenergy to one or more zones of LEDs to address hair loss treatment regimenincluding splotchy balding, receding hairline balding,crown balding and total scalp surface therapy.
