PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer having a configuration advantageous to downsizing and simplification of preparation work for measurement.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer 100 includes: a housing 10 having an insertion hole 12 in which an arm is inserted a display part 20 disposed on an upper face 14 of the housing 10 and a cuff 30 for blocking the blood flow, disposed inside the insertion hole 12. The cuff 30 includes an air bag 32 cylindrically disposed along the inside of the insertion hole 12, and a lower cushion 34 disposed inside the air bag 32 and downward viewed from a central axis of the insertion hole 12.
