The present invention relates to a needle member having a filter for a syringe, and provides a needle member in which the filter is installed on a catching protrusion formed inside a tube body of the needle member, wherein the tube body of the needle member is divided into a needle coupling unit and a syringe coupling unit the catching protrusion has a ring-shaped concave portion and thus allow the filter to be installed on the catching protrusion having the concave portion and a ring-shaped protrusion corresponding to the ring-shaped concave portion of the catching protrusion is provided at the bottom protrusion of the syringe coupling unit, and thus when the syringe coupling unit is inserted into the needle coupling unit, the bottom protrusion of the syringe coupling unit pushes the filter into the concave portion of the needle coupling unit, thereby reinforcing the conclusion of the filter.
