The present invention provides a method for treatment of cancer comprising administration of an arginine reducing compound and a chemotherapeutic/target therapeutic drug to a subject in need thereof. In one embodiment, the cancer is liver cancer or prostate cancer. In another embodiment, the arginine reducing compound is pegylated recombinant human arginase and the chemotherapeutic/target therapeutic drug is oxaliplatin, everolimus, paclitaxel or sorafenib.La présente invention concerne une méthode pour le traitement du cancer, comprenant ladministration dun composé réduisant larginine et de médicament chimiothérapeutique/thérapeutique cible à un sujet en ayant besoin.
