The dental cover (1) comprises an upper teeth groove (4), a lower teeth groove (5), and a connecting part (6) connecting the upper and lower teeth grooves. Open pores (7) arranged at intervals are distributed on the inner wall surfaces of the upper and lower teeth grooves. A first catheter (8) embedded in the dental cover (1) is connected to one extremity of the open pores (7). A pump module (9) is provided within the handle (2). The pump module (9) is provided with a pump inlet (10) and a pump outlet (11). The pump outlet (11) of the pump module (9) is connected to the first catheter (8) extending from within the dental grooves into the handle (2). The pump inlet (10) of the pump module (9) is connected to a water reservoir module (12) provided on the handle (2). An ultrasonic atomization unit (45) is provided within the water reservoir module (12). Water in the water reservoir module (12) is atomized by the ultrasonic atomization unit (45), transferred to the dental cover (1), and then sprayed via the open pores (7) on the inner wall surfaces of the teeth grooves.
