PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measurement device, method, and program by which, to a subject, troublesomeness of managing a measurement schedule is reduced and support for reasonable and planned measurement can be achieved.SOLUTION: A measurement period that is a plurality of days and a total frequency of measurement required during the measurement period are acquired. Then, based on the measurement period and the total frequency of measurement acquired, a measurement schedule 64 is prepared by assigning a measurement timing so that difference of a frequency of measurement between days during the measurement period becomes one at the maximum. According to the measurement schedule 64, execution of measurement by a measurement unit 44 is prompted to the subject.
