An aspect of the present invention discloses a capsule endoscope apparatus for reproducing a 3D image. The apparatus includes a first photographing unit for photographing a target portion in a human body to generate a first image, a second photographing unit for photographing the target portion to generate a second image, a control unit for simultaneously providing a trigger signal for synchronization to the first photographing unit and the second photographing unit and generating a stereo image frame by receiving a first image and a second image which are simultaneously photographed by the trigger signal, and a transmitting unit for transmitting the stereo image frame to a receiver. Accordingly, the present invention can remarkably improve the image quality of an original image.본 발명의 일 양태는 3D 영상 재생을 위한 캡슐 내시경 장치를 개시하고 있다. 상기 장치는 인체 내의 대상 부위를 촬영하여 제 1 영상을 생성하는 제 1 촬영부, 상기 대상 부위를 촬영하여 제 2 영상을 생성하는 제 2 촬영부, 상기 제 1 촬영부 및 상기 제 2 촬영부에 동기화를 위한 트리거 신호(trigger signal)를 동시에 제공하고, 상기 트리거 신호에 의해 동시에 촬영된 제 1 영상 및 제 2 영상을 수신하여 스테레오 영상 프레임을 생성하는 제어부 및 상기 스테레오 영상 프레임을 수신기로 전송하는 전송부를 포함한다.
