PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow firm connection between a female connector and male connector, and to bring the female connector into a state that the female connector does not include a hard member and has flexibility in a state that the female connector and the male connector are separated.SOLUTION: A medical connecting tool 1 includes: a male connector 30 including a tubular part 41, and made of a hard material a female connector 10 including an insertion part 11 into which the tubular part is inserted, and having flexibility and a lock member 20 mounted onto the outer circumferential face of the insertion part of the female connector, and made of a hard material. When the tubular part is not inserted in the insertion part, the lock member is attachable/detachable to/from the insertion part by deforming the female connector. The female connector and the lock member are provided with engagement structures engaging with each other. The lock member and the male connector are provided with lock mechanisms engaging with each other.
