PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an antioxidant hydrogen molecule and a cosmetic and whitening pack component to infiltrate efficiently into the inner part of pores of the face or body, and to enable clogging of the pores to be removed easily.SOLUTION: The invention comprises iron oxide and a whitening and cosmetic pack raw material that are micro clustered in a gel form as a pack agent into which micro-clustered silica is mixed so that a hydrogen molecule is dissolved in the pack agent. The whitening and cosmetic raw material comprises hydrogenation poly decene, hydrogenation (styrene/isoprene) copolymer, dodecane, (HDI/trimethylol hexyllactone) crosspolymer, ethylhexanoic acid cetyl, squalane, (alkyl acrylate/dimethicone) copolymer, titanium oxide, aluminium hydroxide, (dimethicone/methicone) copolymer, tocopherol, retinol palmitate, lavender oil, glycyrrhiza root extract, ascorbyl tetrahexyldecanoate, kojic acid, isopropanol.【課題】顔や体部の毛穴の奥まで効率的に抗酸化能をもつ水素分子及び美容・美白パック成分を浸透させることができるようにするとともに毛穴の詰まりを簡単に除去することができるようにする。【解決手段】酸化鉄と美白・美容パック用原料とをマイクロクラスター化して配合し、ゲル状にしてパック剤とし、このパック剤にマイクロクラスター化したシリカを混合しパック剤に水素分子を溶存させる。美白・美容パック用原料は、水添ポリデセン、水添(スチレン/イソプレン)コポリマー、ドデカン、(HDI/トリメチロールヘキシルラクトン)クロスポリマー、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、スクワラン、(アクリル酸アルキル/ジメチコン)コポリマー、酸化チタン、水酸化アルミニウム、(ジメチコン/メチコン)コポリマー、トコフェロール、パルミチン酸レチノール、ラベンダー油、カンゾウ根エキス、テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル、コウジ酸、イソプロパノールで構成される。【選択図】なし
