PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face acupressure instrument capable of earlier reducing asthenopia.SOLUTION: Finger-pressure projection parts 8 are provided at the positions corresponding to at least one or more acupuncture points, which are present in the peripheries of eyes, inside a front part 11 and a temple part 17 both of which constitute a goggle frame 1 and the goggle frame 1 is formed of a flexible material. Further, a tensioning means 6 for falsely bringing the goggle frame 1 into close contact with the face and the head is provided to both ends of the temple part 17. Furthermore, the goggle frame 1 may have an eye mask shape covering the periphery of the eyes.【課題】眼精疲労を早めに軽減させることができるような顔面指圧具を提供すること。【解決手段】ゴーグルフレーム１を構成するフロント部１１とテンプル部１７の内側であって、目の周辺にある少なくとも一つ以上の経穴に対応する位置に指圧用突起部８を設け、かつ、ゴーグルフレーム１を柔軟性材料で形成する。また、テンプル部１７の両端にゴーグルフレーム１を顔面及び頭部に虚勢的に密着させるための緊張手段６を設ける。また、形状は目の周囲を覆うアイマスク状でも良い。【選択図】図１
