The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method for a luminal tissue construct. The manufacturing method comprises: step 1: laying an elastic film on a support； step 3: printing a biological construct on the elastic film； step 5: forming a construct adhesive layer on the biological construct； and step 7: bonding a luminal tissue on the construct adhesive layer. In the manufacturing method for a luminal tissue construct of the present disclosure, the printed biological construct is assembled on an inner surface of a luminal tissue to form a luminal tissue construct, thereby preventing problems, such as thrombus recurrence and lumen restenosis, after long-term implantation of the luminal tissue construct and increasing the bio-reliability of the luminal tissue construct.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une construction de tissu luminal. Le procédé de fabrication comprend : étape 1 : poser un film élastique sur un support ； étape 3 : imprimer une construction biologique sur le film élastique ； étape 5 : former une couche adhésive pour la construction sur la construction biologique ； et étape 7 : coller un tissu luminal sur la couche adhésive pour la construction. Dans le procédé de fabrication d'une construction de tissu luminal de la présente invention, la construction biologique imprimée est assemblée sur un surface intérieure d'un tissu luminal pour former une construction de tissu luminal, en empêchant ainsi des problèmes tels que la récurrence d'un thrombus et une resténose de la lumière, après implantation à long terme de la construction de tissu luminal et en augmentant la biofiabilité de la construction de tissu luminal.
