A fishing lure device 10 comprising a head part 12 and an attachment device 34, and a body part (48, see figures 4 and 5) which are all releasably attachable. The head part 12 is provided with an aperture at front end 20. A corkscrew 46 of the attachment device can be inserted through the aperture of the head and screwed into the lure body 48 until the nose 34 abuts the front end 20 of the head part 12 to secure the device. Also disclosed is a fishing lure device 10 having a vane 22 extending in an intended forward and downward direction from an intended front end 20 of the device 10, and an eyelet 28, such as a swivel, at a position above the vane 22. Also disclosed is a fishing lure device 10 having a first eyelet 28, for attachment of a fishing line and a second eyelet 30, for attachment of a rig, where the first and second eyelets may be attached to opposite ends of an elongate member 32. There may be a plurality of heads and bodies which are interchangeable. There may be an internal recess for weights.
