The present invention relates to an integral biomaterial for regeneration of a bone tissue and a fabrication method therefor and, more particularly, to an integral biomaterial for regeneration of a bone tissue, comprising an infrastructure composed of an extracellular matrix protein and a bone mineral, and a supra layer composed of an extracellular matrix protein, and a method for fabricating the same. The integral biomaterial for regeneration of a bone tissue according to the present invention has an advantage in that the infrastructure composed of an extracellular matrix protein and a bone mineral component reproduces a natural bone tissue environment to facilitate the regeneration of new bones and particularly, the supra layer composed of an extracellular matrix protein is deposited at a suitable ratio to maximize a bone tissue regeneration potential as well as blocking the invasion of an epithelial tissue or a connective tissue.La présente invention concerne un biomatériau intégré pour la régénération d'un tissu osseux et son procédé de fabrication et, plus particulièrement, un biomatériau intégré pour la régénération d'un tissu osseux, comprenant une infrastructure composée d'une protéine matricielle extracellulaire et d'un minéral osseux, et une couche supérieure composée d'une protéine matricielle extracellulaire, et son procédé de fabrication.
