A patient care system includes a delivery device and an infusion. The delivery device includes a elongate shaft having a distal portion and at least one delivery element positioned on a distal portion of the elongate shaft. The delivery device is configured and arranged to deliver the infusion through at least one delivery device and into the tissue to create a therapeutic restriction within the gastrointestinal tract.
