The surgical infant diaper includes a flexible body having an interior layer and an exterior layer, wherein the flexible body further includes a front portion, a rear portion, and a central portion therebetween. The flexible body is movable between an open position and a closed position, wherein the closed position an upper opening and a pair of leg openings are defined. A central aperture extends through the front portion, wherein the central aperture is positioned to receive a penis of the wearer therethrough.
