PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device each for aquaculture of aphanothece sacrum by and with which environment suitable for growth of the aphanothece sacrum is created by adjusting quantity of light, quality of water, nutrients and the like so as to enable efficient aquaculture of the aphanothece sacrum.SOLUTION: The method for aquaculture of aphanothece sacrum includes: repeating a day process for putting aphanothece sacrum in a water tank where breeding water for the aphanothece sacrum is reserved and the breeding water is charged and discharged, under an environment having such a lighting intensity as to reduce the sunlight in daytime, and a night process for adding nutrients promoting growth of the aphanothece sacrum to the breeding water and stopping charge or discharge of the breeding water at night and washing the algae of the aphanothece sacrum each predetermined period.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】光量、水質、養分等を調製してスイゼンジノリの生育に適した環境を実現し、スイゼンジノリの効率的な養殖を可能としたスイゼンジノリの養殖方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】日中は日光を減光した照度の環境下で、スイゼンジノリの飼育水を貯留した水槽中にスイゼンジノリを入れて、飼育水の注入と排水を行い、夜間はスイゼンジノリの成長を促進する養分を飼育水に含有させて飼育水の注水と排水を停止し、前記日中と夜間の工程を繰り返し、所定期間ごとにスイゼンジノリの藻体を洗浄する。【選択図】図1
