An orthopedic device is presented which comprise a horizontal base and a vertical support. The vertical support is connected toward the rear end of the horizontal base by a pivot mechanism and a tension mechanism. The pivot mechanism may include slots which allow the position of the vertical support to be adjusted. The tension mechanism may be a band such as an o-ring which is connected to both a first protrusion on the vertical support and a second protrusion on the rear end of the horizontal base. A locking mechanism may also be present to further connect the vertical support to the horizontal base.L'invention concerne un dispositif orthopédique qui comprend une base horizontale et un support vertical.
