PURPOSE: An oral scanning system and a scanning method thereof are provided to improve the preciseness of an image by radiating laser light from a laser diode and transmitting the laser light to oral objects from a transmitting part. CONSTITUTION: A laser diode(20) irradiates laser light. A light transmitting part(30) is connected to a front part of a case. A camera unit(40) takes a picture of the light reflected from an object. A lattice mask converts the light irradiated from the laser diode to a lattice pattern. A piezo actuator moves the lattice mask.본 발명의 구강 내 스케닝 시스템은 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 후방에 설치되어 레이저 광을 조사하는 레이저 다이오드와, 상기 케이스의 전방에 연결되어 상기 레이저 다이오드에서 발생된 레이저 광을 구강 내의 피측정물에 투광하는 투광부와, 상기 피측정물에서 반사된 광을 촬영하는 카메라 유닛과, 상기 레이저 다이오드에서 조사되는 광을 격자 패턴 형태로 만드는 격자 마스크와, 상기 격자 마스크를 이동시키는 피에조 액추에이터로 구성되어, 구강 내 정밀한 3차원 입체 영상을 얻을 수 있고, 사이즈를 작으며 사용이 편리하다.
