The present invention relates to a tinnitus treatment system using knife-based acupuncture to: enable an operator to perform surgery while looking inside ears of a patient； and add heat and electrical stimulation only to periosteum. More specifically, the present invention: treats tinnitus by using knife-based acupuncture having a predetermined width installed in a tinnitus therapy device including a hand piece connected to a high frequency generator, an image processing device, and a controller controlling the same； inserts the knife-based acupuncture, coated with an insulation material, into the inside of an ear by coating a blade and a body of the knife-based acupuncture with the insulation material； minimizes pain of a patient by preventing electrical stimulation from being added to ear muscles by cutting fat inside the ear with the knife blade part and directly adding high frequency electrical stimulation to periosteum through muscle； and maximizes the effect of tinnitus treatment as well as treats tinnitus safely by cutting a desired part using the tinnitus therapy device and adding heat and electrical stimulation only to periosteum while an operator watches the image of a monitor.본 발명은 시술자가 환자의 귀 내부를 보면서 수술을 할 수 있고, 골막에만 열과 전기자극을 가하도록 하는 칼침을 이용한 이명치료시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고주파 발생장치, 영상처리장치 및 이를 제어하는 컨트롤러와 연결되는 핸드피스로 구비되는 이명치료기에 장착되는 일정한 폭을 갖는 칼침을 이용하여 이명을 치료하되, 상기 칼침의 칼날과 몸체를 절연물질로 코팅하여 절연물질로 코팅된 칼침을 귀 내부에 삽입하고, 상기 칼날부분으로 귀 내부 지방을 절개하고 근육을 지나 골막에 직접 고주파 전기자극이 가해지도록 함으로써, 귀근육에 전기자극이 가해지는 것을 방지하여 환자의 고통을 최소화시키고, 시술자가 모니터의 영상을 보면서 이명치료기를 이용하여 원하는 부위를 절개하고 골막에만 열과 전기자극을 가하여 안전하게 이명을 치료할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이명 치료의 효과를 극대화하도록 하는 칼침을 이용한 이명치료시스템에 관한 것이다.
