Die Vorrichtung weist eine mit mindestens einem Spülmittelbehälter (3, 4) verbindbare Spülmittelzuführungsleitung (60) mit einem ersten Anschluss (60) zur Verbindung mit dem Sauganschluss (90) und eine Saugleitung (80, 81) mit einem zweiten Anschluss (80) zur Verbindung mit der Abluftöffnung (91) und mit einem Vakuumanschluss (81 , 86) zur Verbindung mit einer Saugquelle (8, 85) auf. Ein Spülmittel ist vom Spülmittelbehälter (3, 4) durch die Zuführungsleitung (60) und über den ersten Anschluss (60) in die medizinische Vakuumpumpe (9) und von dort über den zweiten Anschluss (80) durch die Saugleitung (80, 81) in einen Abfluss (82) saugbar.
