The tool has a mobile nut (8) forming an actuator and for displacing a pivotable cutting blade (2). A trigger (6) and the mobile nut are respectively movable along linear or angular movements and respectively two oriented magnetization magnets (13, 15) displaced in front of two magneto-resistive sensors (14, 16).
