PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in conductivity and biocompatibility, having light weight, capable of being manufactured at low cost and capable of forming a contact layer with living body for bioelectrode of which conductivity is not largely reduced even when becomes wet with water and is dried.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition containing a resin and a conductive material, in which the conductive material is one or more kind of salt selected from sodium salt, potassium salt and calcium salt of fluorosulfonic acid having 5 or more carbon atoms, represented by formula (1).
