PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical signal processor capable of continuing to display an image suited to observation even when transmission failure occurs to a signal transmission path while simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: A medical image signal processor 224 includes a signal processing part generating a plurality of transmission image signals TS1 to TS4 from an image signal in accordance with a result of examination of the inside of a subject. The plurality of transmission image signals TS1 to TS4 include a plurality of distribution image signals to which image signals are distributed. At least any of the plurality of transmission image signals TS1 to TS4 includes at least a part of data in other distribution image signals different from distribution image signals composing the transmission image signals as auxiliary data.
