Provided are: a non-human vertebrate that shows a higher growth speed of human hepatocytes, a higher substitution rate of the human hepatocytes and better histological and physiological human remodeling properties compared with conventional non-human vertebrates transplanted with human hepatocytes； and a method for producing the same. A method for producing a transgenic non-human vertebrate transplanted with human hepatocytes, said method comprising transplanting a non-human vertebrate, in which immune response to humans is deficient or depressed, with human hepatocytes in a state where human IL-6 is present in vivo.L'invention concerne : un vertébré non humain qui présente une vitesse de croissance d'hépatocytes humains supérieure, un taux de substitution des hépatocytes humains supérieur et de meilleures propriétés de remodelage humain histologique et physiologique par comparativement à des vertébrés non humains classiques transplantés avec des hépatocytes humains ； et un procédé de production associé. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de vertébré non humain transgénique transplanté avec des hépatocytes humains, ledit procédé consistant à transplanter un vertébré non humain, dont la réponse immunitaire aux êtres humains est déficiente ou diminuée, avec des hépatocytes humains dans un état dans lequel l'IL-6 humaine est présente in vivo.従来存在していたヒト肝臓移植非ヒト脊椎動物よりもヒト肝細胞の増殖速度が速く、ヒト肝細胞の置換率や組織学的・生理学的ヒト再建性も高い非ヒト脊椎動物及びその製造方法の提供。 ヒト肝細胞が移植された遺伝子改変非ヒト脊椎動物の製造方法であって、ヒトに対する免疫反応が欠損又は低下した非ヒト脊椎動物に、生体内にヒトIL-6が存在する状態で、ヒト肝細胞を移植することを含む製造方法。
