PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for heating a subcutaneous texture capacity.SOLUTION: Provided are a method for heating the skin area surface of a person for a treatment time period over 0.5 seconds from an initial temperature to a treatment temperature within a range of 40 to 60°C, and a system for the method. A RF generator 10 generates either a continuous wave RF voltage energy or a quasi-continuous wave RF voltage between first and second electrodes 12 and 14. At least the first electrode is coupled to an applicator to be placed on a skin surface. Moreover, the system further comprises a skin temperature measuring device or an applicator 2 moving speed measuring device, and a CPU 13 for monitoring the skin temperature or the applicator moving speed.
