The present invention provides a smartglass-type electrotherapy device and method of the same. The smartglass-type electrotherapy device comprises a eye-glass body, at least an imaging module, at least a visual stimulation unit, a plurality of signal sensors, a filter element, a signal processing module, and a discharge module. Accordingly, the visual stimulation unit providing indicative information is generated on the eye-glass body via the imaging module. When the user watches the visual stimulation unit, the signal sensors will determine the position of the user’s sight by sensing the physiological signals of the user. Meanwhile, the weak brain wave signals are filtered by the filter element and the strong brain wave signals are retained. According to the physiological signals of the user and the control command of the signal processing module, an electrotherapy is conduct by the discharge module to the user.
