The present invention relates to milk flake in a Bibimbob type and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to milk flake in a Bibimbob type and a method for preparing the same, wherein it is possible that the milk flake has a Bibimbob form by pulverizing frozen milk and putting topping thereon table setting for milk flake and additional topping as a Korean table style set menu is implemented as normal Bibimbob menu which consists of main menu and side dishes by providing individual topping, which forms a shape of Kkakdugi (sliced radish kimchi), red pepper paste, and rice bowl in respective containers and topping is added depending on taste.본 발명은 비빔밥형태의 우유빙수와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로,냉동된 우유를 분쇄 후, 토핑을 얹어서 비빔밥의 형상을 구현할 수 있도록 하였으며 깍두기, 고추장 및 공기밥 형상을 구비한 개별 토핑을 각각의 용기에 담아 제공함으로써 일반 비빔밥 메뉴와 같이 주메뉴와 반찬형식으로 우유빙수 및 그 외의 토핑을 한상차림형태로 서빙할 수 있으며 기호에 따라 토핑을 추가할 수 있는 비빔밥형태의 우유빙수와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
