PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle ligature transporter that reduces a risk of damaging the ductus deferens in the ligation blocking by disposing a suture around a hernia orifice in the LPEC method to an inguinal hernia, and is safe and secure even in the case of the surgery of a male child.SOLUTION: A needle ligature transporter comprises: a rod 31 with loop wire 32 capable of holding and opening a suture at the tip an inner tube 21 where the rod is slidably interpolated, the loop wire can be projected and stored, and a blade edge is not included an outer tube 11 where the inner tube is slidably interpolated, the inner tube can be projected and stored, and a blade edge 111 is included and an operation part provided in the base part of the rod, the inner tube and the outer tube. Then, the loop wire is crushed and stored in the inner tube, and is shaped so as to be naturally expanded when projected.
