The present invention relates to a cutting-out device for pasty substances, which comprises a cutting-out die (2) having an inner cavity (4) for receiving pasty substrates and a cutting-out edge (5); a pushing-out unit (3a) for pushing pasty substances out of the inner cavity (4), having a pushing-out board (6a) movable relative to the cutting-out die (2), a cutting-out rod (8a) fixed at the back side of the pushing-out board (6a) for moving the pushing-out board (6a), and a spring element (9) for applying elastic force to the pushing-out board (6a), wherein the pushing-out board (6a) is capable of removablely connecting to the cutting-out rod (8a), and is provided with a thread bushing (20) fixed thereon so as to screw the cutting-out rod (8a) into the thread bushing through a thread segment (19).
