PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical bed exerting effects on both of reduction of labor for care and prevention of the bedsore by forcibly turning over a patient in a bed.SOLUTION: A floor of a bed body 1 with a lifting/lowering device 11, placed on a bed base 20 is laterally divided into three, the lower faces of the respective divided-floors are pivotally connected by a pivot 5, the pivotally connected central-part floor 3 is divided into seven large/small parts in the lateral direction, and upper faces of the respective divided-floors are pivotally connected by a pivot 6, so that the bed body 1 can be provided with a form of mountain folds and gentle valley folds. The central-part floor 3 can be provided with a gentle slope by a combined use of the form and a leaning device 50 so as to reduce body pressure applied to the back and an upper scoliosis part of a patient and prevent the bedsore. A carer can care the patient in a comfortable position by a combined use of the leaning device 50 and the lifting/lowering device 11 so as to reduce a burden of the care.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】臥床している患者を強制的に寝返らすことにより、介護労力の軽減と床ずれ予防に効果のある医療用ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】昇降装置11を持つベットベース20の上に置かれたベッド本体1の床を横手方向に3分割する、この分割された各床の下面を枢支軸5により枢結し、枢結された中央部床3を横手方向に大小7分割する、該分割された各床の上面を枢支軸6により枢結することにより、該ベッド本体1は山折りと緩やかな谷折りの形態が得られる。上記の形態と傾斜装置50の併用により中央部床3は緩やかな傾斜が得られ患者の背中や上位側弯部への体圧は減圧され床ずれの予防効果がみられる。前記の傾斜装置50と昇降装置11を併用することにより介護者は楽な姿勢で患者に接することが出来、介護の負担軽減につなげることができる。【選択図】図11
