PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost for a material and reduce the cost by reducing the step number by using a plate as thin as possible for manufacturing a non-pressure gas-tight container of a stainless steel plate or the like without deformation due to weld.SOLUTION: A bottom drip pan of a container is prepared by a whole welding method of a steel sheet of a predetermined thickness, and a gas-tight large-sized container requiring no thin metal sheet outer wall continuous welding can be formed by arranging an upper drum in abutment against the surface of a reinforcing angle of a mold form using a thin steel sheet, and spot-welding an adjoining steel plate at a predetermined interval to the angle. Moreover, a caulking material is applied to that joint, and the flanged recessed seal cover made of steel is crowned and then spot-welded for a caulking treatment, and the upper barrel and the drip pan are integrally jointed through an angle material and then caulked.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ステンレス鋼板等からなる無圧気密性容器を、出来るだけ薄板を用いて、かつ、溶接の歪みなく製作して材料費と工数削減によるコスト低減を図ることを課題とする。【解決手段】 容器の底部ドリップパンを所定厚鋼板の全溶接方式とし、上部胴を、薄板鋼板を用いて、4辺周縁部の全繋ぎ目を容器を構成する型枠の補強アングルの面に当接配置し、近傍の鋼板を所定間隔でスポット溶接してアングルに接合し、かつ、この繋ぎ目にコ-キング材を施し、かつ、鋼製の鍔付き凹状シールカバーを冠接後スポット溶接してコ-キング施工を行い、かつ、上部胴とドリップパンをアングル材を介して一体接合後コ-キング施工して薄板外壁鋼板連続熔接不要の気密製大型容器を形成可能とする。【選択図】図1
