The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for using nucleic acid targeting nucleic acids and complexes thereof. Genome manipulation can mean altering the genome by deletion, insertion, mutation or substitution of specific nucleic acid sequences. The alteration may be gene or position specific. Genome manipulation may use nucleases to cleave nucleic acids and thereby create sites for modification.
