The present invention relates to an odor removal composite including a curcurbituril and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is able to remove odor by efficiently collecting various types of odor substances (especially a stink including a fishy smell which includes an ammonium ion) based on an ability of interacting with various substances using both entrances which are surrounded by a carbonyl group and a hydrophobic cavity included in the curcurbituril.
